Return Contidions

Returning good quality products:

The customer has the right not to count the day of purchase from the ordered goods at any time and within 14 days after receiving the goods.

It is possible to return quality goods if the presentation, consumer characteristics, as well as the terms and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved.

The customer does not have the right to refuse a product with individually defined characteristics if the specified product can only be used by the customer from whom he purchased it.

If the customer rejects the goods of good quality, the seller shall pay the amount of money paid by the consumer to the consumer under the contract, for the delivery of the returned goods by the seller, for the return from the consumer, no later than 14 Days from the day the consumer submits the relevant request.

Insufficient quality of goods:

The return of goods of the correct quality is carried out by the buyer's choice using the Desla Group Courier service or at the selection points of the Desla Group online store.

Attention! The goods must be checked in the presence of an employee of the goods collection point. Otherwise, Desla Group is not responsible for the integrity of the order.
